The operating procedure for the intelligent glue roller includes the following steps:
Preparatory work:
Ensure that the intelligent glue roller is placed in a stable, dry, and ventilated location, away from water sources, fire sources, and other hazardous items.
Check that the power cord is plugged into a socket that meets the voltage requirements, turn on the power switch, and check that the power indicator light is on normally.
Place the tape roll on the roller, ensuring that the adhesive side is facing down. Feed the tape end from under the roller, pull out a length along the direction of the conveyor belt, and stick it to the conveyor belt.
Installation and adjustment:
Adjust the screws on the roller so that the tape roll is centered and has appropriate tension.
Adjust the adjustment knob to set the length, width, and tension of the tape as needed.
Operating procedure:
Place the item to be glued on the conveyor belt, aligning it with the sensor, and press the start button.
The intelligent glue roller will automatically sense the size of the item and cut and apply the tape according to the set parameters.
If manual cutting or taping is required, press the manual button and operate the cutting knife and conveyor.
If you need to pause or stop using the intelligent glue roller, press the pause or stop button and turn off the power switch.
Maintenance and upkeep:
Regularly clean dust and dirt from the intelligent glue roller to avoid affecting its performance and lifespan.
Regularly check if the cutting knife is sharp. If it is found to be dull or damaged, replace or sharpen it in time.
Regularly check if the roller, conveyor belt, sensor, and other components are working properly. If any abnormalities or damage are found, repair or replace them in time.
Regularly check if the power cord is intact. If any damage or aging is found, replace or repair it in time.
