The working principle of a fully automatic foaming machine is to produce foam from an aqueous slurry containing a certain concentration of foaming agent. Air switch or thermal relay trips in the electrical box: Check if the circuit and load are normal.
Pressure relief valve on the air tank suddenly vents a large amount of gas: Check if the pressure relief valve is damaged or improperly adjusted.
The material flowing out of the outlet suddenly becomes thicker or thinner and contains air: Check the material ratio and stirring speed.
The noise of the screw pump suddenly increases: Check the bearings and lubrication of the pump.
